Matts Sundin Signed 3 Foot Bobblehead
I picked up the 3 foot Matts Sundine Bobblehead at the Sport Card Expo. I knew I wanted to get it signed but at that time Matts did not do a lot of public signings.
When the Leaf’s held their next Leaf’s Foundation dinner event, I told them I had a 3 foot Bobblehead of Sundin(their captain at the time) and would they like to have it for the event. I told them I was hoping Matts would sign it at some point in the evening. It turned out they kept it at the entrance and later in the evening when Matts was looking at it, I asked him to sign it which he did on the base with his own blue sharpie. I mentioned for display purposes, I would prefer it on the chest and happened to pull out my silver sharpie. He got a kick out of the size of the bobblehead.
