Vince Carter and Chris Bosh Game Shoe
Every year Dome Production and Sportsnet would purchase a table or tickets to the Raptors Rap-Up or Foundation events and each year there were Game Worn Packages from each of the players. My big thing was collecting game worn signed shoes from the players. A lady named Natasha V. who worked for Rogers Media at the time and Joe L. who works for Dome Production agreed we would always split the package. I would take one game worn shoe of the player and Natasha who loved basketball would take the other and Joe who loved fine dining would tale the Gift Certificate that usually came with each package.($100 or $200 Gift Certificate to Ruth Crisps Steak House or Morton’s)
Over the years we picked up at least a half a dozen shoes including Vince Carter, Chris Bosh, Mat Bonner etc. I recently followed up with Natasha to see if she is ready to sell the other shoe to me, but she is not ready.
