Last Game at Maple Leaf Gardens Ticket Stubs from the Super Suites
This was a lot of work and time to collect each and every original ticket stub from the last game at the gardens. These are not just regular tickets from each of the last 31 games played at MLG but all from the Super Suites. I do have to thank my wife at the time as she worked as a Hostess in the Super Suites and somehow convinced or found a leftover ticket each and every time all in pristine condition. Once I had them all, I started to get the players who were on the tickets who had not passed on to sign them.
Once I had them signed, I framed them and included in the RARE Last Game ticket against the Chicago Black Hawks and got Bob Probert to sign it with his inscription, last goal MLG. Yes, he scored the last goal at Maple Leaf Gardens
Getting George Armstrong to sign his ticket was quite an adventure that I will save for another time. Thanks again to Sportsnet Sales and George’s son.
